3)WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

 

We process personal data to be able to sell and provide access to WordDive language courses and for our general business purposes such as communications, business partner relations and compliance with legal obligations.

 

Our legal basis for processing personal data depends on the purpose for which we process personal data. We use as a legal basis (i) our contractual obligations when we carry out our contractual obligations and rights, (ii) our legitimate interests in providing students an access to WordDive language courses, and (iii) our legal obligations when complying with our legal obligations (e.g. accounting).

 

We process the personal data of (i) students who are provided an access to WordDive language courses, (ii) representatives of educational institutions and WordDive, and (iii) other persons we communicate with. The categories of personal data consist of email addresses, mobile numbers, names.

4)FROM WHERE DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

 

We collect the personal data of students from educational institutions and other organizations that provide the students with an opportunity to participate in WordDive language courses. Otherwise, we collect personal data from you personally or from digital services (e.g. email).

5)DO WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

 

As a general rule, we will not disclose your personal data to third parties. However, if we are required by mandatory law or governmental authorities to disclose your personal data, we will assess the legality of such disclosure on a case-by-case basis.

 

We do share, i.e. transfer your personal data to others as part of our normal business activities when using various digital services. For example, we use the following digital services provided by data processors, which involve the processing of personal data: data storage services (e.g. cloud services), communication services (e.g. e-mails) and financial management tools.
